The first hour is for our 2018s to 2011s age bracket. the groups will be split up into the following groups.
2018s/2017s
2016s/2015s
2014s/2013s
2012s/2011s/2010s
Each session will be planned and delivered by our top coaches who are experienced in the game from playing at the highest level domestically in the Irish League, Winning League tittles and Irish Cuos to coaches who have worked their way through the coaching ladder and gained some valuable experience coaching at high levels such as coaching in England and Irish League clubs along with Glasgow Rangers NI
